Radosław is an experienced IT specialist with a strong technical background across various domains. Currently serving as a Lead Technical Specialist, he is responsible for end-to-end file transfer processes for an international banking client. Acting as an SME for Managed File Transfer solutions, including the Connect:Direct product family, he ensures the smooth operation and configuration of secure file transfers from front-end systems to network infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Radosław has held various roles in IT infrastructure support and file transfer engineering at leading organisations such as Luxoft, UBS, IBM, Sopra Steria, and Capgemini. His hands-on experience includes application management, risk and control specialisation, and administration of virtual and physical environments for large telecom and financial clients. A self-starter and analytical thinker, he is driven by continuous learning and new technical challenges.
