Technical IT Support
Patryk is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology. He has completed two majors: engineering with the profile of Electronics and Telecommunications and a master's degree - Teleinformatics, with a specialisation in Cloud Technologies. As an electronics graduate, he has knowledge of hardware, and as a student of teleinformatics, he also has knowledge of software. During his internship, he was responsible for research and development work and wrote test plans, including: marine, surge, power failure. His responsibility was also to create repair and test reports. He continues his career path as an IT employee for a leading global automaker, dealing with IT technical support. Some of his many responsibilities include: end-user support, care for production equipment, equipment repair, IT system control, and network support.
Maintenance and repair of computer/production equipment.
Problem identification and resolution.
Configuring and Troubleshooting LAN and WAN Networks.
Logging, tracking, and resolving user reports.
Communication with users through various instant messaging tools.
Ability to speak fluent English at C1 level and German at B1 level.
Support for other team members.
Knowledge of various ticket management systems.
SEP authorisations up to 1kV.
Knowledge of several programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML.
