Our client is the developer of the rapidly scaling B2B marketplace which enables travellers to hail and book taxi rides from any digital platform, was going through hyper growth and needed to relocate their whole Dev and Engineering operation to a new country….all without dropping the ball and affecting their services.
The Client’s Challenge
Our client needed to move their tech team from France to Poland fast, which meant the core in-house team being disrupted for a period of time.
The client knew they needed a safe pair of hands to manage and support the day-to-day operations, and free the in-house team to concentrate on the move and bedding in the new team, tech and processes. The company needed a tech partner with the right skillsets and the experience to get up to speed with their tech stack fast.

The Result
Vertex worked with the client to stand up a tech specific, on-demand development team fast, giving our client the confidence to focus on their physical move. In addition to an experienced team who were able to take full, controlled, ownership of support and maintenance, the Vertex team also advised and implemented a series of enhancements and customer requests during the migration phase. Vertex’s collaborative approach has resulted in team being retained by the client for ongoing development.
